Airbnb charges significant fees; booking directly through our website allows you to save money.
How is the payment made ?
A 25% deposit will be required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance for the stay must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
If the stay begins in less than a month, full payment for the stay will be required.
Payments are made via bank card through a secure payment system.
Is end-of-stay cleaning included ?
End-of-stay cleaning is automatically included in your booking.
We do, however, ask guests to treat the property with respect and follow a few departure guidelines (removing bed linens, taking out the trash, putting away the dishes, etc.).
Are household linens included ?
Bed linens and towels are optional: you may bring your own or rent them from our concierge service.
Double pack: a complete set of double bed linens + two bath towels (70x140cm) – €20
Single pack: a complete set of single bed linens + one bath towel (70x140cm) – €15
Please request these at the time of booking; an additional payment will be required.
Bath mats and kitchen towels are included automatically.
If I am asked for a security deposit, will it be charged to my account ?
Security deposits are never cashed.
A deposit paid by bank card serves merely as a pre-authorization (a "hold" on funds), which is automatically cancelled one week after the end of your stay.
Can I cancel or change my booking ?
You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the start of your stay.
If your travel plans change after this cancellation deadline, please contact us to submit a request.
Are pets allowed in the accommodation ?
Some owners allow pets.
Please submit a request to us, specifying the number and type of pet.
Additional charges may apply.
Are events permitted in the accommodations ?
No, events, parties, or gatherings of any kind are permitted in the accommodations, in order to preserve the tranquility of the premises and the neighborhood.
What are the arrival and departure times ?
Arrivals are possible from 4:00 PM. Check-out is normally at 10:00 AM.
