You will have a private and secure parking space, a real asset in the city center. * LIVING ROOM * The entrance, equipped with a closet, leads to a bright and friendly living room. - The high-end kitchen with natural stone countertop is perfectly equipped: oven, microwave, induction cooktop, 6-place dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and two coffee machines (filter and espresso). Linens provided: beds made, one towel per person, one bath mat and two tea towels. Welcome kit with a few products offered: - hygiene (dishwasher and washing machine tablets, dish soap, sponge, toilet paper and hand soap) - food (tea, coffee, fleur de sel). Simple and unconstrained self check-in: clear information and easy-to-use lockbox, late check-ins possible without time limit. Accessibility: two small steps 10 cm high to access the residence. No steps when entering through the garage. We put our heart into ensuring that guests have a stay that meets their expectations, it seems useful to specify that we have recently acquired this apartment and have renovated a large part of the accommodation: the living room, the two bedrooms and part of the bathroom. It still has some flaws with improvements planned for 2026: the entrance closet and hallway are clean but need refreshing, the walls of the toilets, the round window of the large bedroom, the floor of the living room currently tiled.
