La Baule is a very dynamic and superb seaside resort. It offers you numerous activities and entertainment (swimming and water activities, casino, golf, racecourse and airfield, walks, cycle paths, etc.). To change from the La Baule embankment, you can go to the Pouliguen port right in front of the apartment. It is very charming and has many shops and restaurants. Go beyond the tip of the port, cross the Nau beach then set off to discover the wild coast and its caves which can be discovered at low tide. Our beautiful region has an exceptional heritage: large sandy beaches in La Baule and Pornichet, coves, wild coastline in Pouliguen and Le Croisic, as well as their characterful port, the famous salt marshes of Guérande and Batz-sur-Mer ; but also the marshes of Brière in a fabulous natural setting, the fortified town of Guérande and its impressive collegiate church, the marinas of La Turballe, Piriac sur Mer and others... You will be spoiled for choice for a varied, relaxing, fun and exciting vacation.

Take the elevator and go up to the first floor of a quiet and chic residence... Welcome home! All you have to do is pack your bags, we have thought of everything so that you have an exceptional stay in our apartment. The living room, large and bright, has: - a lounge area with sofa and armchairs, coffee table and television - a dining area for 4 guests - a foldaway double bed (quality bedding) - two large bay windows which allow you to access the balcony. The main balcony runs the entire length of the living room and is designed so that you can eat and relax there: - a dining area with tables and chairs - a space where you can move the semi-reclining armchairs to relax - the view of the sea in the width and the sound of the ocean waves, a few dozen meters away. In the bedroom, the double bed and its quality bedding will offer you a restful and beneficial sleep after your days of walking and swimming. It has plenty of storage space and an opening to the second balcony. The bathroom has a very spacious shower, a vanity unit with mirror and storage space. The toilets are separate. Parking space reserved for you. The kitchen is separated from the living room and also has an opening onto this second balcony. It is very well equipped and arranged to offer you large spaces for cooking. It is the ideal accommodation for a couple but also for 4 people with additional beds in the living room.
