Guérande is the ideal place to visit the Presqu'île because it is 10 minutes by car from all the points of interest in the region: beaches, salt marshes, ports and villages, Brière Natural Park...Our beautiful region has an exceptional heritage: large sandy beaches in Pornichet and La Baule, coves, caves and wild coast in Pouliguen and Le Croisic, the famous salt marshes but also Brière marshes in a fabulous natural setting, the walled town of Guérande and its impressive collegiate church, the ports of Plaisance in La Turballe, Piriac sur Mer and others... you will be spoilt for choice for a varied, relaxing, fun and exciting holiday.

Park your car in the reserved parking space, all you have to do is put your bags down... Welcome home! You have chosen the ideal accommodation for 4 people, for a stay in the heart of the Presqu'île de Guérande, near the beach and all the places of interest of our beautiful region. The neat and warm decoration, as well as the comfort offered by all the amenities present, will make you feel at home. MAIN FLOOR: The living room, large and bright, has :- a sitting area with a corner sofa and coffee table - a reading or relaxing nook with armchairs and books - a well appointed and equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge / freezer, glass -ceramic hobs, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, dishes and cooking utensils - 2 dining areas: a table and chairs for 4 people, and a bar with two high stools. The large windows offer beautiful brightness and the bay provides access to the balcony. The balcony will have, from spring, a small table and chairs for your breakfasts and aperitifs outdoors. High-speed WiFi throughout the home. UPSTAIRS: A first bedroom offers a large double bed (160x200) with storage closet for clothes (wardrobe and shelves) and the second large bedroom has a classic double bed (140x200), a closet with shelves and a small desk. They each have blackout shutters. Cleaning and linens are included, and beds made for your arrival. We provide a crib and a baby mattress. The bathroom features a double vanity unit with mirror, shower, towel dryer and hairdryer. There is a toilet on the ground floor and upstairs. Washer and dryer in bathroom.
Access
The apartment is on the first floor of a peaceful residence, without elevator. A private parking space is reserved for the apartment, we will let you know its location. The apartment is a duplex, the bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, accessible by a staircase visible in the photos.
