Pack your bags in this magnificent apartment ideally located at the gates of the seaside resort of La Baule (10 minutes walk from the center) and a few more grains of sand to reach the beach and the ocean.Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, it is spacious and bright. It has all the amenities to make you feel at home.You will appreciate its large 40m2 south-facing terrace and the garage.
Space
Apartment for 2 to 4 people completely renovated, a stone's throw from a commercial area (all shops) and 15 minutes walk from the beach. The living room, very bright and opening onto the terrace, offers a lounge area (sofa bed 2 people, coffee table, television) and a very well-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor of a quiet residence, the accommodation has a superb and large terrace of 40m2, very nicely furnished. Share your meals or relax under the sun, deck chairs, a table, a parasol and a plancha are available. The bedroom, which also opens onto the terrace, also serves the bathroom (spacious walk-in shower, vanity unit, mirror, towel dryer and washing machine). Your sleep will be restorative thanks to the calm and quality bedding. Linen for double bed inclused. The garage can accommodate your bicycles and your car (medium or small size). You will also find plenty of free parking spaces a few dozen meters away.
Access
The apartment is rented to you in its entirety, it is part of a residence inhabited all year round. For everyone's peace of mind, we ask travelers to show respect in common areas and to respect quiet times, from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. within the apartment. The garage can accommodate your bicycles and your car (medium or small size). You will also find plenty of free parking spaces a few dozen meters away.
